On March 26, 2026, LIANGGU Valve Group grandly held its 2025 Annual Outstanding Employee Recognition Conference. Group executives, heads of business divisions and subsidiaries, and representatives of outstanding employees gathered together to reflect on a year of dedication and achievements amid honor and applause, and to embark on a new journey driven by shared goals and commitments.

董事长潘成桃：坚定信心，向更高目标迈进
作为集团发展的掌舵人，潘成桃董事长首先向一年来奋战在各条战线上的全体员工致以诚挚问候，并向受到表彰的先进个人和团队表示热烈祝贺。
他在发言中指出，2025年是良固阀门集团持续突破、成果丰硕的一年，也是集团迈向更高质量发展阶段的重要一年。面对国内外市场环境变化，全体良固人始终保持战略定力，以实干应对挑战，以创新赢得市场，在生产、销售、技术、管理、品牌建设等方面都取得了进步。
As the helm of the Group, Chairman Pan Chengtao first extended his sincere greetings to all employees who have worked diligently across various fronts over the past year, and warmly congratulated the individuals and teams being recognized.
In his speech, he pointed out that 2025 was a year of continuous breakthroughs and fruitful achievements for LIANGGU Valve Group, as well as a crucial year in its transition toward higher-quality development.
他强调，成绩属于过去，发展仍需前行。随着20万平方米新总部即将投产，良固迈向世界级阀门工厂的蓝图正逐步变为现实。未来，将持续推进创新驱动与智能化升级，提升研发、制造与全球服务能力，朝着“优秀的阀门企业及解决方案集成供应商”目标坚定前进。
最后，他号召全体员工坚定信心、协同奋进，以务实作风和高效执行，推动集团发展再上新台阶。
He emphasized that achievements belong to the past, while progress must continue. He called on all employees to remain confident, work in unity, and drive the Group to new heights through a pragmatic approach and efficient execution.
总裁潘成涨：以经营突破，夯实发展底盘
潘成涨总裁围绕集团2025年度经营成果、市场布局和发展态势作了系统总结。根本在于全体员工的拼搏奉献，也在于集团多年来坚持技术立企、品质兴企、品牌强企的发展战略。无论是国内市场深耕，还是海外市场拓展，良固都展现出了强劲的发展势头。
他指出，经营的关键在于构建持续增长能力。过去一年，集团在供应链、产能保障、交付与风险控制等方面持续优化，推动经营质量与效益提升。未来，将聚焦重点客户、行业与区域，强化能源、电力、化工等领域服务能力，推进销售、服务与品牌体系升级。
最后，他勉励全体员工，要以更强的责任感和市场意识，抢抓机遇、直面竞争，用结果说话、用业绩证明，在新一轮发展中贡献更大力量。
President Pan Chengzhang provided a systematic review of the Group’s 2025 business performance, market positioning, and development momentum. He noted that these achievements stem not only from the dedication of all employees, but also from the Group’s long-standing strategy of building the enterprise through technology, strengthening it through quality, and enhancing it through branding.
He encouraged all employees to take on greater responsibility and sharpen their market awareness—seizing opportunities, facing competition head-on, and proving their value through tangible results and performance in the next phase of growth.

潘俊祥总经理作为集团特种阀生产基地及5G智能工厂代表发言，表示基地依托集团平台，在重大项目配套与关键产品交付中，持续提升质量与交付能力，有力支撑集团市场拓展。
他郑重表示，站在新的起点上，各分公司将紧紧围绕集团战略部署，锚定目标、主动担当，进一步强化市场开拓、客户维护和项目服务，坚定不移完成年度任务，为集团实现更高目标贡献更大力量。
General Manager Pan Junxiang, speaking as a representative of the subsidiaries, stated that at this new starting point, each subsidiary will closely align with the Group’s strategic direction, stay goal-oriented, take initiative, and further strengthen market development, customer relations, and project services—ensuring the successful completion of annual targets and contributing greater value to the Group’s broader ambitions.
